Kyozo Community Terms

1. Who you are agreeing with

These Terms form an agreement between you and Spheres Community Technology Limited (the “Company”), a company registered in Hong Kong, which operates Kyozo. By creating an account or using Kyozo you accept these Terms.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Kyozo has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree not to post, upload, share or transmit any content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another’s privacy;
• is hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or age;
• sexualises minors in any form, or otherwise endangers children;
• promotes self-harm or suicide;
• incites or glorifies violence;
• contains pornographic or sexually explicit content;
• infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
• attempts to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• spams, phishes, or distributes malware.

3. Moderation and your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you post. The Company reserves the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice. We act on user reports within 24 hours; confirmed violations result in content removal and may result in immediate account termination.

4. Reporting and blocking

Every post, comment, and user profile in Kyozo includes a “Report” option. You can also block any user, which instantly removes their content from your feed and notifies our moderation team. If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please use the report tool so we can act on it.

5. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kyozo. Certain creator content within Kyozo is restricted to users aged 17 or older. By signing up you confirm that the year of birth you provide is accurate.

6. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile and the content you have posted will be removed from Kyozo.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content to Kyozo, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or by email. Continued use of Kyozo after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
