Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, tap the profile icon to open Settings, scroll to “Danger zone” and tap “Delete account”. This permanently removes your account and all the content you have posted.
How do I report a post or another user?
Tap the “…” icon on any post and choose “Report this post” or “Report <user>”. You can also block a user from the same menu; their posts disappear from your feed immediately.
I can’t sign in with Apple or Google. What now?
Make sure you are signed into the right Apple ID / Google account in iOS Settings, then retry. If it still fails, email support@kyozo.com and we will help you within one business day.
How do I change my profile or display name?
Open Settings from inside the app. Tap your display name to update it.
How do I report objectionable content?
Tap “…” on the offending post and choose “Report this post”. Our moderation team acts on every report within 24 hours.
